This iron truly raises ferritin levels! My ferritin increased from 10 to 40, which is commendable. I previously encountered gastrointestinal issues with other pharmacy brands, but none with this iron. I'm currently on another course. Since iron binds to protein, I’ve included protein-rich foods in my diet, and taking it with vitamin C enhances absorption.

Iron without side effects?! Absolutely! This supplement is vital for those needing an urgent increase in hemoglobin. Despite previously having high hemoglobin levels, mine dropped significantly during a unique phase of life. I turned to iron supplements to boost my levels. Though my intake was irregular, my recent tests showed my level rose to 136, and symptoms like dizziness disappeared. Notably, I experienced no side effects, unlike traditional pharmacy options.
